Job summary

Nicholas Clarke Associates Ltd is recruiting two Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers for a leading manufacturer in the Telford area. The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial machines, with electrical and mechanical fault finding, PLC fault work, and project support.

The position offers a Panama shift pattern with rotating days and nights, a base salary of £52,000 plus overtime, pension, life assurance (x2) and healthcare, in a robust manufacturing

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing, with electrical or mechanical bias.
• Formal mechanical and/or electrical qualifications at Level 3 or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong fault-finding capability.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of industrial machinery.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair activities.
• PLC fault finding.
• Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
• Assisting in engineering improvement projects to improve machinery performance.
• Conducting all work in a Health & Safety conscious fashion.
