Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are representing a Maintenance Engineer role in Holywell. This position focuses on maintaining automated and manufacturing machinery across a 3-shift rotation, with training on PLCs and wide exposure to electrical and mechanical maintenance.

The successful candidate will fault-find on motors, gearboxes, sensors and control panels, while pursuing funded qualifications such as Level 3 NVQ to upskill within a respected, long-established manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Familiar with fault finding on motors, gearboxes, sensors and PLCs.
• Willingness to work 3-shift pattern and undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation and manufacturing machinery.
• Fault find and service motors, gearboxes, sensors and PLCs.
• Operate on a 3-shift rotation: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.
• Attend funded qualifications such as Level 3 NVQ.
