Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the operational performance of our high-speed production and packing machinery at our facility in Lincoln.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing frontline breakdown cover
2. Performing routine maintenance to maximize production efficiency

Skills and Experience:

• Good educational background with mechanical and electrical engineering qualifications
• Experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment
• Knowledge of PLC and Inverter control programming (including safety PLC)
• Experience with Shire PPM systems is advantageous
• Understanding of process and packaging machinery
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a small team
