Job summary

CV Technical Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. You will work in a busy automated production environment, performing PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding on mechanical, electrical and PLC systems, and supporting facilities maintenance as required.

The role requires time-served maintenance experience, multi-skilled capability, good communication, and flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Time-served maintenance experience required.
• Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical capability.
• Experience fault finding in production environments.
• PLC experience is advantageous.
• Experience with automated equipment or MHE desirable.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• PPM and reactive maintenance in a busy automated production environment.
• Mechanical/electrical fault finding and repairs.
• PLC and three-phase fault finding.
• Breakdown response and repairs.
• Planned preventative maintenance.
• Identify and rectify equipment faults.
• Support facilities maintenance when needed.
• Complete maintenance records and task sheets.
• Assist with stock control and consumables.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures.
