Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd in Scotland (Forfar) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep production running smoothly across mechanical and electrical systems.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery, troubleshoot faults, and support improvements to quality, cost reduction, and safety. This role operates Monday to Friday at a leading manufacturing facility with enhanced overtime rates as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Carrying out maintenance across production machinery
• Troubleshooting and fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
• Supporting continuous improvement to quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
• Ensure equipment runs safely, efficiently, with minimal downtime
• Work on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated equipment
• Maintain and repair electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
• Assist production teams with machine setups and training
