Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a leading manufacturing site in Invergordon, Scotland. You will maintain and improve a range of mechanical and electrical systems to keep production running smoothly and safely.

In this role you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, work with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automated equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives to cut downtime and costs, while ensuring high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across all production machinery
• Ensure equipment is running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime
• Work on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, and automated production equipment
• Maintain and repair electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve safety
• Assist production teams with machine setups, fault finding, and training where needed
