Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our production team in the UK. The role focuses on keeping production machinery safe, reliable, and operating at maximum uptime to support manufacturing targets.

You will work on electrical and mechanical systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and contribute to improvements across the facility. Responsibilities include maintenance of conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors and automated systems,

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across production machinery and equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and faults quickly to minimise production downtime.
• Ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently and reliably.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors and automated production systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Work with production teams to support machine setups and resolve equipment issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve quality, reduce costs and increase workplace safety.
• Provide technical guidance to production colleagues and follow all health, safety and engineering procedures.
