Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team located in London.

Role Summary:

As a CBRE Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will utilize your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance, utilizing skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to M&E plant in line with statutory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Represent CBRE values and behaviors professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive image to clients and visitors.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency responses, and preventive maintenance, maintaining accurate records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
