Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing/Level 3) for a well‑established textile service provider in Basingstoke. The role offers a day shift, up to £41,000 base salary, extensive overtime (OTE £55,000) and a benefits package designed to reward long‑term commitment.

You will maintain and repair site machinery, perform fault finding, and manage PPM schedules alongside reactive maintenance.
