Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a busy Mansfield manufacturing site. You will join a skilled engineering team to keep production running efficiently, fault finding and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves 4 on 4 off days/nights (12-hour shifts) with 20 days holiday rising to 25, a company pension, OT paid at 1.5x and a health care/cycle-to-work scheme. Injection moulding experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with PPM, breakdown maintenance and fault finding.
• Good problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Injection moulding experience is a must.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve a range of production machinery and equipment.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Carry out fault finding and root cause analysis.
• Support machinery improvements, modifications and installations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work with production teams to maximise reliability.
