Job summary

Hunter Selection Limited is recruiting a maintenance engineer to join their team in Lichfield. The role focuses on driving reliability through proactive PPMs, responding to breakdowns, and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.

The position supports a growth phase and adherence to health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have a BTEC Level 3 in Engineering with hands-on maintenance experience, and welcomed PLC fault-finding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or similar.
• Experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar position.
• Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
• PLC fault-finding experience (Desired).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired).

Responsibilities

• Conducting PPMs and reacting to breakdowns to ensure limited downtime of machinery.
• Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
• Following Health & Safety procedures.
• Uploading documentations and maintenance records to the CMMS.
