Job summary
Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Lichfield, England, to join a growing manufacturing team. The role covers PPMs, breakdown response, and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems, with CMMS documentation duties.
The position operates on a 24/7 shift pattern with an enhanced pension, health care cash plan, life assurance and 23 days holiday. A Level 3 Engineering qualification and relevant maintenance experience are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or similar.
- Experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar position.
- Electrical / Mechanical maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics.
- PLC fault-finding experience (Desired).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Desired).
Responsibilities
- Conducting PPMs and reacting to breakdowns to ensure limited downtime of machinery.
- Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems.
- Following Health & Safety procedures.
- Uploading documentation and maintenance records to the CMMS.
