Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group at Gunstones Bakery in Dronfield is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias to support 50/50 reactive and planned maintenance across two sites. The role involves fixing mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment, planning maintenance work, and assisting with breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and prior food production or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Fix mixers, conveyors, packaging equipment
• Plan maintenance work
• Support with machinery breakdowns as needed
• Ensure smooth operations across both sites
