Job summary

Encirc Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Elton site to oversee maintenance and refurbishment of high-speed filling machinery. You will document all work in the Prisma CMMS, ensuring hygiene standards and peak line performance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Ideal candidates will have an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering and proven proactive maintenance experience, with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering required.
• Experience in planned maintenance in manufacturing (FMCG or high-speed production desirable).
• Methodical fault-finding and hands-on maintenance approach required.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, refurbish and maintain filling machinery components to ensure peak performance and hygiene compliance.
• Record all maintenance work, inspections and jobs in Prisma CMMS.
• Contribute to safe, efficient line operation in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
