Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)
Location: Loughborough, UK

Salary: up to 55K + Benefits
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15)

iO Associates is seeking for a Maintenance Engineer, to support our expanding operations across Loughborough sites. In this hands-on role, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, production, and process equipment in line with GMP standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimize downtime.
• Use predictive maintenance tools and techniques.
• Maintain equipment to validated specifications, ensuring compliance and safety.
• Support and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Work collaboratively to resolve root causes and implement long-term solutions.

Required:

• 3+ years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies is desirable.
• Competent with MS Word and Excel.
