Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for a site-based role in Aberystwyth. You will maintain and repair heavy production machinery within a leading food manufacturing environment, ensuring reliability and uptime.

Salary is £40,000 - £49,000 with 33 days holiday plus enhanced pension, EAP, health and wellbeing programme, life insurance, sick pay and medical cover, on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer/ Multi-Skilled Engineer from an FMCG or similar background.
• Experienced in maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Lives in commutable distance, or willing to relocate to Aberystwyth.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery.
• Assist in day-to-day preventative & reactive maintenance within health & food safety guidelines to maximise production & minimise downtime.
