Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer in Tamworth to maintain production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing setting. You will mainly perform planned maintenance and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime and keep processes running smoothly.

The role involves a 40/60 split between PPM and reactive work, with opportunities for equipment refurbishment and moves on site as needed. Competitive salary and benefits available.

Qualifications

• It must be an engineering qualification (UK Level 2 or equivalent).
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is essential.
• Must be commutable to Tamworth.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a mix of planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work.
• Support production by minimising downtime and maintaining efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and equipment moves when required.
