Redline Group Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer based in Bournemouth-Dorset to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across production equipment.

You will diagnose faults, execute repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and productivity in a manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems incl. hydraulics/pneumatics/industrial controls
• Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
• Understanding of PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems
• Proactive approach to improving equipment reliability

Responsabilités

• Carry out electrical, electronic and mechanical fault finding and repairs on production machinery
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with schedules
• Maintain and repair machinery, factory services and electrical equipment to a high standard
• Support installation, inspection and maintenance of site electrical infrastructure
• Undertake TPM activities where required
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement to improve machinery reliability and performance
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
