Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Stockport is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. The role includes carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, diagnosing and repairing faults, and supporting projects. Candidates should have an HNC in Electrical Engineering and experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is full-time with a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and various opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on machinery.
• Work autonomously on equipment upgrades.
