Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a multiskilled maintenance engineer for a predominantly electrical role in Willenhall. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance with a 70/30 electrical bias, fault-find PLCs, drives, and CNC systems, and participate in funded training to extend PLC programming capabilities.

The role offers a Monday–Friday pattern with rotating shifts and regular overtime, along with opportunities for progression within a well-established manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering qualification at Level 3 or above.

Are you an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with a Level 3 or above electrical engineering qualification and PLC fault-finding experience? Are you looking for a Monday - Friday role offering regular overtime, funded PLC programming training and further electrical development?

You will join two mechanically biased maintenance engineers, reporting into the Engineering / Maintenance Manager and providing electrical expertise across a varied range of manufacturing equipment.

Your duties will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in a role with a 70/30 electrical bias, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment to minimise downtime. Additionally, you will fault-find on PLCs, industrial drives and CNC control systems, with funded training available in PLC programming and further electrical development where required.
