Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and expanding business with multiple UK and international sites, specializing in manufacturing high-quality products used by some of the world's leading brands.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and restore operations safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve long-term issues.
• Locate spare parts using the maintenance management system and manage spare parts inventory.
• Identify electrical failure modes and recommend preventative measures.
• Follow maintenance schedules and document work using notifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing environments.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Accurate reporting skills.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of good engineering practices.
• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
