Qualifications
- Mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing/recycling/heavy industrial environments.
- Knowledge of conveyors, gearboxes, hydraulics and maintenance practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimise production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical advice and support to other departments as needed.
