Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the operational performance of high-speed production and packing machinery at our site in Lincoln.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide frontline breakdown cover for machinery.
2. Perform routine maintenance to maximize production efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

1. Relevant mechanical and electrical engineering qualifications.
2. Experience in a similar FMCG environment.
3. Knowledge of PLC and Inverter control programming (including safety PLC).
4. Experience with Shire PPM systems is advantageous.
5. Understanding of process and packaging machinery.
6. Excellent fault finding and problem-solving skills.
7. Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently or within a team.
