Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is helping a fast-growing manufacturer recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join the team in Brampton. The role covers mechanical or electrical maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown response to keep production running.

You'll carry out planned preventive maintenance, support improvements, and work closely with production. The position offers a days shift, strong job security, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within a Manufacturing/Industrial Environment.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
• Engineering qualification.
• Mechanical or electrical fault-finding in a production setting.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and responding to breakdowns to keep production running.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and machinery upgrades.
• Support ongoing improvement projects and installations.
• Work closely with production to drive performance and minimise downtime.
