Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd. is seeking a Days Engineer to work on a busy manufacturing site in Northallaton. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, breakdown response, and preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and work within a supportive engineering team. The position requires hands-on maintenance experience and an electrical engineering qualification, with a Monday–Friday shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
• Electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance and fault-finding on site machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and conduct planned preventive maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site machinery.
