Cytiva in the United Kingdom is seeking a maintenance engineer to maintain electrical and mechanical systems at a leading biopharmaceutical site. You will work on a rotating days and evenings schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing and ensure the reliability of plant equipment.

The role emphasizes CMMS record-keeping, safety compliance, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. A Level 3 engineering apprenticeship and hands-on maintenance experience are required; shift premium

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 engineering apprenticeship with practical competencies.
• Experience maintaining electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols and CMMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, electro-pneumatic and facilities equipment.
• Identify root causes of failures and drive reliability improvements.
• Record tasks in the CMMS and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Collaborate with operations and other site functions across shifts.
