Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in a fast-paced, night-shift environment. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime in a regulated GMP setting.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and proven experience in similar maintenance roles within GMP facilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated GMP environments is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled electrical and mechanical support to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
• Perform installation, commissioning, modifications and reactive repairs of site equipment.
• Identify cost-effective solutions to improve machinery efficiency, reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to meet production goals.
• Mentor colleagues, ensure smooth shift handovers and collaborative working.
