Job Role: As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you'll deliver multi-skilled maintenance support across the site. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, assist with engineering improvements, and ensure machinery is running efficiently and safely in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Pay: £47,300 per annum
- Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 nights; Overtime paid at time and a half
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Overtime paid at time and a half
- Maintenance experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Electrical Bias
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and time management
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Food processing experience
- PLC I/O knowledge
- VSD programming
- MEWP licence
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical discipline
Desired Qualifications:
- BS7671 certification
- H&S training (IOSH/NEBOSH)

The role – Senior Engineer:- Responsible for planning effective and efficient maintenance strategies for all process and utilities equipment on-site
- Responsible for all aspects of continuous improvement strategies for their area of responsibility within the facility
