Job summary

TXM Recruit is recruiting a Static Maintenance Engineer for a brand-new contract at a sole retail furniture store in Bristol Centre. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance with a Monday–Friday rota, plus occasional weekend work and a 7am–4pm shift.

6 months FTC with potential for permanent. You will handle mechanical/AC duties or electrical tasks as required, with a 18th edition or F-Gas qualification and a full driving licence (max 6 points).

Maintenance Engineer- IND1

6 MONTHS FTC - POTENTIAL FOR PERM AFTER

Static Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies, supporting them on a brand-new contract based in a sole retail furniture store.

Location- Bristol Centre

Salary -£41,499 is the salary pro rata

Rota- Monday to Friday with 2 weekends a month

Hours- 7am to 4pm

Call out(Static call out) 1 in 4 weeks Maintenance Engineer you'll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client's first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.

If you are Mechanically / AC Biased, tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU's, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

If you are Electrical Biased, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

Requirements

• 18th edition or F-Gas
• Full driving license with no more than 6 points.
