Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Tamworth, UK, is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our team at the flagship distribution centre. Shifts include Sun-Thurs, 40 hours per week, with one night, four day/mid shifts.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on automation equipment such as belt and roller conveyors, sortation machinery, scanners, inverters and motors.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ are required.
• Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with mechanical or electrical bias preferred.
• Experience with automation distribution machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform planned and reactive maintenance on automation equipment (belt/roller conveyors, sortation machinery, scanners, inverters, motors).

Sun Thurs 40 Hours a week (1X Night shift, 4X Days/Mid Shift)

We are looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias to join our long-standing team of 9 engineers at our flagship UK distribution centre in Tamworth!

Day to day your responsibilities would be planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of automation distribution machinery such as belt and roller conveyors, sortation machinery, scanners, inverters, motors and more.

The Successful Engineer

• Candidate must hold some form of electrical paperwork (City and Guilds, NVQ etc, apprenticeship etc)
