ETS Consulting Ltd are representing a world leader in specialist plastics solutions. Maintenance Engineer position in Stone requires completing a full mechanical apprenticeship and experience in manufacturing environments with PPMS knowledge.

The role focuses on maintaining rotational moulding and RIM machinery, conveyors, and drive systems within a large automated plant. Salary is £50,000 plus pension and overtime, with days-based work Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in planned and preventative maintenance on automated lines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Rotational Moulding (Roto moulding) and Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM).
• Work on conveyors, motors and drives.

This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the mechanical knowledge already within their current team. The group supplies products into a broad client base and has a reputation for product quality and reliability.

The Role

You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, project-based work within an automated environment.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for maintaining Rotational Moulding (Roto moulding) and Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM).

You will also work on conveyors, motors, and drives, There is a huge scope and variety on offer, so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
