This position is for 4 on / off rotating days and nights.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment operate efficiently, adhering to safety standards while minimising downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, utilising schematics and logic controllers for diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Implement preventative maintenance programmes to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Assist in welding tasks as required, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or queries related to maintenance activities.
