A leading global cable manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical background to join their Runcorn facility. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and fault finding for specialist machinery, ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have significant experience in electrical instrumentation and controls, with PLC fault-finding skills. This position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a close-knit team.
With your background and experience in all things electrical, including PLCs, you will be part of an emerging manufacturing facility in a varied role, working Monday to Friday, with some occasional overtime. We will provide on-the-job training on specialist equipment, and you will be part of a close-knit team supporting our growth as we increase manufacturing capacity—availability of equipment is essential.
You will be responsible for routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and fault finding for our facility with specialist machinery to ensure efficiency is maintained across the site.
This role would suit an electrical maintenance engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar industry, looking to join a global cable manufacturer.
