As our Maintenance Engineer, you'll be joining a small, ambitious engineering team at a fast-growing food business - getting hands-on with a wide range of production equipment and building your skills in a place that genuinely invests in its people. This is a great role for someone who's built solid foundations in mechanical maintenance and wants to develop further: working alongside experienced engineers, learning new systems, and taking real ownership of your work from day one. You'll be responding to live breakdowns, running PPM schedules, and supporting improvement and installation projects as we grow.
