Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) in Liverpool to oversee HVAC systems and ensure operational maintenance across various contracts. Qualifications

• Qualified to F-Gas Cat 1 standards.
• Full UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Experience with HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Support minor fabric work as required.

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

• Schedule -Monday to Friday45 hours
• Workinghours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) +1-in-4 Saturday Shift.
• On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
• Salary -£41,209/Yr.
• Location Liverpool, Warrington, Chester
• Extra Overtime available.
  
  

Your duties will be yet not limited to

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms
• Splits, VRF and more.
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
  
  

Requirements

• Full UK License 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
