About you

• Ideally completed electrical apprenticeship with Level 3 qualification in engineering
• At least three years post-apprenticeship experience with a multi-skilled bias
• Proficient in PLCs, Pneumatics, control systems, and basic building maintenance
• Ability to work shifts

What you'll do

• Maintain strict adherence to safe working practices, including the use of PPE, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and related documentation
• Actively promote a safe work environment by following all Health & Safety policies and encouraging safe behaviors and systems of work
• Handle repairs and breakdowns of material converting machines, addressing both electrical and mechanical issues while maintaining a safe working environment
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scheduled work plans
• Manage stores inventory effectively, utilising systems to maintain optimal stock levels
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects that align with company goals and objectives, particularly in relation to CTO (Cost to Order)
• Take initiative in leading projects, training other team members, and being part of a world-class team of technicians
• Embrace opportunities to learn new processes and complete necessary training to grow within the organisation
