About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our resident engineering team at a highly automated distribution operation in Daventry.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing advanced automated material handling equipment, ensuring high levels of system availability and performance in a fast-paced operational environment.
Working as part of an experienced engineering team, you will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities, diagnose and resolve faults, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role operates on a 28-day continental-style rotating shift pattern on 12 hours, providing an excellent work-life balance with 14 rest days in every cycle. The roster includes a combination of day and night shifts, with frequent 3 and 4-day breaks built into the pattern.
