Role:

Maintenance Engineer

Salary:

£42,000 to £46,000 per annum + benefits + progression and training plan

Hours:

Monday to Friday, rotation of 7am till 3pm, 3pm till 11pm, and 11pm till 7am

Location:

Commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Birmingham (west side), Royal Leamington Spa, Leicester (south side), and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Engineers (Technicians) support production machinery through reactive troubleshooting, repairs, planned preventive maintenance, new installations, and refurbishments. This role suits those who enjoy variety and working with different machinery and equipment, and who are eager to learn and apply themselves.

Requirements:

• Completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship and/or hold relevant engineering qualifications
• Aspiring to progress into leadership/managerial roles
• Experience in a similar environment such as Production, Manufacturing, Automation, or Industrial sectors
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate
• Driven, hungry, and eager to grow professionally
