You’ll join a team of four, including an Engineering Team Leader, where people share knowledge, support production and help each other get the job done.

You’ll have a varied workload, access to in-house and external training, and opportunities to develop and progress
You’ll be an experienced maintenance engineer with a recognised electrical or mechanical engineering qualification and confident electrical fault-finding skills.
Your background could be fully multi-skilled, electrically biased with mechanical skills, or mechanically biased with electrical skills. What matters is your ability to diagnose electrical faults and contribute across a varied mechanical and electrical workload.
Food manufacturing experience is welcome but not essential. Experience maintaining equipment in another manufacturing environment is relevant. PLC knowledge would be useful, although it is not essential.
Just as important is your approach: helpful, practical and willing to work with colleagues. We’re looking for someone with an engineering mindset who investigates problems, finds solutions and helps the team maintain high production efficiencies.
