Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Corby

Working Hours: 8:00 - 16:30

Salary: £40,000-£42,000

As the sole Maintenance Engineer on-site, you will need to have previous experience of the role, ideally within a heavy, industrious environment or be open to considering a change.

Typical duties will involve:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance routines for all plant and equipment, including mechanical and electrical repairs.
  • Managing a CMMS System and ensuring statutory compliance, including LOLER.
  • Conducting inspections and testing to ensure plant safety.
  • Supervising contractors and visitors when required.
  • Providing out-of-hours cover (weekends) when necessary.

Desirable experience:

  • Skilled in electrical and mechanical engineering with a recognised electrical qualification.
  • Experience working with planned preventative maintenance systems.
  • Previous experience of fault finding.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems (basic), motors, drives, and engineering drawings.
