Role Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring high standards and maximizing machine efficiency.
2. Work closely with production to minimize machinery downtime and perform preventative maintenance.
3. Collaborate within the engineering team to improve plant productivity and investigate breakdowns.
4. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance proactively and reactively.
5. Ensure availability of spare parts and materials.
6. Record repairs and identify recurrent faults.
7. Promote health and safety on site.
8. Participate in training to broaden skills.
