Due to continued investment and expansion, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their Estates and Facilities team.

In this role, you will support the maintenance and upkeep of mechanical systems across the site. Initially, you will carry out general maintenance duties, inspections, and minor repairs, before progressing into planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems, pumps, pipework, plant equipment, and associated building services infrastructure. You will also gain exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS) and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site.
