As a maintenance engineer you will have the chance to work on brand new machinery (including Robots) and up-skilling is at the forefront of the culture. They have just built a brand new Siemens S7 test rig with the latest SCW and Siemens Drives to learn from.
This isn't just a job; it’s a career. Engineers who have joined the company have stepped up into roles like Team Leader, Supervisor, and even Group Engineering roles. You'll get the opportunity to shadow projects, collaborate closely with other teams, and gain invaluable knowledge in PLC systems and controls engineering.
Are you mechanically biased with reasonable electrical knowledge? No problem! You’ll have the chance to get Level 3 Electrical Training (equivalent to C&G Level 3) and become a fully multi-skilled maintenance engineer.
