Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking two electrically biased maintenance engineers to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Wolverhampton area. The role offers a salary of £52,314 and a 2days/2nights four off ladder progression plan with an internal skill matrix.

You will work on PLCs (Siemens S7), drives, motors, sensors and associated plant in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should hold NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Electrical discipline and have at least 3 years' experience maintaining special

Qualifications

• Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) in an electrical discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as an electrically biased maintenance engineer.
• Good electrical competence - wire and fault find on 3-phase motors, knowledge of contactors, sensors, relays.
• PLC knowledge is desirable.
• From manufacturing or ex-forces backgrounds ( FMCG, food, plastics, packaging, foundry, automotive, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems on a range of manufacturing machinery.
• Fault-find on 3‑phase motors, contactors, sensors and relays.
• Support PLC controlled equipment and drive systems where required.
• Work within an expanding manufacturing environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience required:

• Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) in an electrical discipline


• at least 3 year's experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as an electrically biased maintenance engineer

• PLC knowledge is desirable
