Qualifications

• Experienced in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
• Enhanced DBS Check required before starting the job.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are maintained to performance standards.
• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Service and repair lighting and power distribution systems.
• Perform reactive repairs to lighting systems and power distribution.
• Conduct maintenance duties to support client objectives.

Skills

Qualified Electrician

Experience in electrical power distribution systems

Competent on BMS control systems

PAT testing

Valid UK Driving Licence

Education

City & Guilds or equivalent qualification

18th Edition qualification
