Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing lighting systems, distribution boards, fire and intruder alarms, pumps, motors, BMS, HVAC, EV charging, and more.
• Fault finding, testing, and inspecting electrical systems in line with current regulations.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests from the Helpdesk Team.
• Taking part in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Compiling quotations for repair and installation works.
• Flagging non-repairable issues with recommendations to the Contracts Manager.
• Travelling to client sites as required.
• Keeping accurate records via the CAFM system and meeting SLAs.
• Representing the business professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
• Strong fault-finding, repair, testing, and maintenance skills across a range of electrical systems
• Solid knowledge of current electrical regulations and compliance
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• IT literate, comfortable using CAFM or similar systems
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Skills

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or retail settings
• Experience with HVAC, BMS controls, fire alarms, or EV charging infrastructure
• A flexible, self-motivated approach with strong customer focus
