Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for a static healthcare facility in Oxford. This full-time, permanent role is based on a single site with no travel between locations.

You will deliver planned maintenance, statutory inspections, and reactive fault rectification across building services and lighting networks, ensuring compliance and safety within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable commercial building maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical fault diagnosis and fault rectification.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in healthcare/critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine PPMs and reactive electrical repairs across the site.
• Conduct fault diagnosis, isolation and rectification on electrical distributions and controls.
• Complete statutory testing including emergency lighting checks and distribution board surveys.
• Support minor works and equipment replacements.
• Ensure works adhere to safety regulations and healthcare guidelines.
