Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our established manufacturing site in Barnsley, with a competitive salary and a Panama shift pattern. You will maintain and improve production equipment across automated systems, including CNC machinery, while contributing to reliability improvements and carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance.

The role requires an electrical qualification (Level 3) or equivalent, with experience in an industrial

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 electrical qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent is desirable.
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good electrical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with industrial machinery, automation or control systems.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnosing electrical faults and responding to machinery breakdowns.
• Maintaining and supporting automated production machinery, including CNC equipment.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
• Working safely and collaboratively with production and engineering colleagues.
• Developing your technical skills through ongoing training and development.
