Job description

Maintenance Electrician

Permanent role

Site based at RNAS Yeovilton

Up to £37K depending on experience

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful UK M&E Contractor with a strong Maintenance Arm Division, for their static site at RNAS Yeovilton.

Due to continued growth within their Southwest Regional Office, they are seeking qualified Electricians to assist with ongoing delivery of their contract at RNAS Yeovilton.

Main Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Fault finding to resolve reactive electrical issues in a timely and professional manner
• Complete emergency light testing and repairs
• Perform general lighting and power repairs
• Conduct Electrical Compliance Testing
• Record and complete tasks using a mobile tablet efficiently
• Ensure all works comply with Dodd Group and Vivo standards, policies, procedures, and expectations

Technical Experience & Qualifications:

• C&G 18th Edition
• NVQ Level 3
• Ability to gain MoD security clearance
• C&G 2391
• Full UK Driving License
• Working At Height or PASMA (desired)
• H&S understanding
• Asbestos Awareness
• ECS / CSCS card
• Manual Handling
• Emergency First Aid at Work
