My client has an excellent opportunity for a maintenance electrician to join their estates team on an extremely prestigious site in Surrey. The role is in-house with generous benefits on offer. The day-to-day responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance, responding to critical alarms, completing weekly PPM schedules, and addressing mechanical/electrical breakdowns promptly.

Additional duties involve assisting with small to medium-sized project work, such as installing new assets and refurbishing older ones, while ensuring thorough maintenance reporting and recording using a computer-based maintenance management system.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience with BMS systems, Fire Alarms, HVAC, UPS, Emergency Lighting, 3-phase systems, AHUs, LV Systems.
• Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ3 in Electrical Installation.
• Desirable: 17th or 18th Edition, 2391 inspection & testing.
